The room hirer shall ensure that any breakages of glass or spillage of food or drink are cleaned up immediately.
Tables, chairs and other furniture are to be placed in their original positions and all areas cleaned to the satisfaction
of Library Management. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fees being charged.
All waste matter resulting from any function must be deposited in bins provided.
Repairing and/or replacing any damaged furniture, fixtures or fittings will be the responsibility of the room hirer.
If any necessary repair or replacement is not undertaken within a reasonable time, the library may repair and/or
replace and recover the costs from the room hirer.
The event/meeting needs to be finished 30 minutes prior to library closur.e
No alcohol is to be provided or consumed within the library.
Although the library will do everything possible to honour the room booking any unforseen library event that is planned takes
priority over any other event.
Some rooms may attract a room hire fee.
A tax invoice will be generated and posted to client after the event. Payment is to be made directly to the City of Mount Gambier
on receipt of invoice.
