Is a series of workshops for secondary school students who can benefit from an alternative learning experience. The workshops are hosted by the Mount Gambier Public Library and involve a wide range of alternative learning programs.

Finding MY Place aims to retain students in education by showing them how exciting learning can be. Students are also better equipped for life outside school through intensive career guidance. They get a chance to explore careers in art, music, sports, fitness, make-up and traineeships in many occupations.

Through motivational workshops, students are also made aware of the consequences of alcohol and drug abuse, the importance of health and wellbeing, and why it is better not to be on the bad side of the law!
