The following forms need to be completed and submitted as part of your development application in order for assessment to be undertaken. Please refer to the relevant Development Information Leaflets below to determine which forms are required as part of your development application.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS REGISTER
In accordance with the Development Act 1993, Council is required to maintain a register of all development applications that are lodged with Council.
The register is available for viewing by the public at the Council Office, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm; or by viewing the link below.
