The City of Mount Gambier organisational structure consists of four portfolios - Community Wellbeing, City Infrastructure, City Growth and Council Shared Services.
The Council is required to produce an Annual Report in accordance with Section 131 of the Local Government Act 1999.
City of Mount Gambier currently has five by-laws in place.
Council has adopted a wide range of policies to assist in its administrative decision making processes.
The Local Government Act 1999 requires councils to maintain a variety of registers. All registers are periodically reviewed to ensure they remain up to date with legislative requirements, Council and community expectation and emerging practices in local government.
