Come along for a scenic walk around the Railway Lands, where you can complete 1, 2 or 3 laps (1.2, 2.4 or 3.6kms roughly). The walk is gentle and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
The walk is wheelchair and pram friendly. Children are welcome to bring along their scooters, but please no bikes. We welcome participants to bring their family pooch along to join in the fun. They just need to be on a lead at all times and owners need to bring some plastic bags to pick up after their pooch if necessary.
We would love to see everybody in red to show solidarity for people living with kidney disease and their families. There is a prize for the best dressed adult, best dressed child and also best dressed pooch. We will be holding a raffle on the day, with raffle tickets only being sold on the day.
Every dollar raised goes towards Kidney Health Australia’s services, including Kidney Kids Camps, the Big Red Kidney Bus mobile dialysis service, the Kidney Transplant houses, the Kidney Helpline, and much more.
