How up to date is your food safety knowledge? TAFE SA and the City of Mount Gambier are offering an accredited short course designed to help increase your knowledge of food safety and to enhance the level of professionalism in our region.
This interactive course is suitable for food business owners and operators, foodhandlers, community group volunteers handling food and those who wish to work in hospitality.
