The Women's Health Week Expo is on again in Mount Gambier!
Mount Gambier's Limestone Coast Women's Health Collective is proud to present its annual Women's Health Week Expo on Friday 5 September 2025, bringing together local experts, health services, and community organisations for a day of education, empowerment and connection.
Held during Jean Hailes' National Women's Health Week, this year's expo theme is "Cardiovascular Health - Strong Women Need Healthy Hearts Too."
With heart disease still the leading cause of death from Australian women, the event will shine a light on the often-overlooked signs, risk factors, and simple lifestyle changes that can make a real difference.
