Experimenta Life Forms: International Triennial of Media Art opens at the Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre on Friday 3 February 2023 at 6:00pm.
Experimenta, one of Australia’s leading organisations presenting technology-based art, is bringing its most ambitious international triennial to date to Mount Gambier. Experimenta Life Forms: International Triennial of Media Art is a timely exploration of our changing notions and understandings of life forms.
Manager Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre Diana Warnes said this exhibition will inspire audiences through a showcase of emerging artforms, including robotics, bio-art, screen-based works, installations, participatory and generative art.

Featuring established and emerging contemporary artists who work with technology in unexpected ways, the exhibition presents a collection of engaging and immersive artworks, including interactive installations and large-scale video works.
The official opening of Experimenta Life Forms: International Triennial of Media Art is on Friday 3 February at 6:00pm, with opening remarks by Artistic Director Jonathan Parsons and Lead Curator Lubi Thomas.
The exhibition is on display until 14 March 2022 at The Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre. The centre is open seven days and entry is free.
