The Strategic Plan represents the vision, aspirations and priorities of our community now and into the future. It describes our values, how we work together and outlines the strategic initiatives to achieve ongoing sustainability and prosperity. The Strategic Plan is informed by the Futures Paper and identifies the outcomes Council seeks to achieve and the strategies we will put in place to get there.
