The South East Radio Group holds the Australian Fox Hunting Championship which involves Hounds (Radio Amateurs using directional antennas to locate hidden transmitters) over the two days.
Radio Fox Hunting begins on Saturday and runs through until late. It continues on the Sunday with the day finishing with a guest speaker, awarding of prizes and a Convention dinner.
Food is available through the day.
The 1st Mount Gambier Scouts Hall is open from 9:00am on Sunday for visitors to browse the displays and buy new or preloved equipment. Sunday afternoon the home made equipment competition is held.
All are welcome to come in, browse and see what Amateur Radio is all about.
